Role & Responsibilities:
• Serve expatriates, investors and exclusive buyers to provide worthy objective information and help them steer through the closing process of renting and buying luxury residence in CBD Bangkok.
• To maintain good relationship with existing customers,
and develop new corporate account
• To be able to work independently and in team situations
• Interfaces with senior management to report on needs, trends,
results, & project and makes recommendations for corrective
actions requiring complete functional knowledge and awareness
of company goals and objectives
Requirement:
• Bachelor’s Degree or above
• Strong sales background, preferable with 3-5 experience
in Sale.
• Good English communication skills, both written and speaking
• Good negotiation skills
• Excellent inter-personal skills
• Able to work under pressure, independently with minimum
supervision, self-motivated and fast learner.
• Strong drive towards pro-activeness and creative problem
solving ability
• Owned Transportation
